With our experienced coaches, consultants, interim managers and sparring partners, we support our clients in the successful implementation of strategic as well as operational procurement projects in more than 150 commodities. Within capital expenditure projects, we act as a procurement service provider or auditor for the operational and strategic procurement of construction services, plant and machinery. Before Lufthansa, she has successful record in Companies like Siemens and ABB, in the area of organization transformation, procurement, supply chain, people development, operation excellence, cost reduction, working capital improvements, process optimization, crisis management and M&A.

Dipl.-Ing.oec. Michael Schürmann is Vice President Global Indirects at Körber AG in Hamburg. He is responsible for the management and development of Group Indirects Procurement and part of the management team for the strategic orientation of the SCM function. He has been working in various functions in the area of supply chain management for more than 12 years. He is also active in the BME, e.g. as moderator for events on digital procurement and Indirects management. Körber AG is the holding company of an international technology group with around 10,000 employees worldwide. The Group unites technologically leading companies with more than 100 production, service and sales locations. Körber combines the advantages of a globally present organization with the strengths of highly specialized and flexible medium-sized companies.
